Elizabeth Jacob is a freelance writer and photographer with a deep passion for capturing life’s fleeting, authentic moments. A graduate of Ohio University, she holds a degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing and a minor in Spanish. Her creative journey began in the print industry but quickly expanded into photography—a medium she embraced with enthusiasm and natural talent. Over the years, Elizabeth has cultivated a diverse skill set that includes food styling, editorial design, copy editing, and publishing. Her love for good food, combined with her keen eye for detail and storytelling, makes her a natural fit for her current role as Director of Marketing at Bender’s Tavern. Elizabeth’s work has been featured in an array of respected publications and brands, including Babiekins Magazine, The Feed Feed, Apartment Therapy, Ohio Magazine, Delicious Living, Parenting, Earthfare, Babble, TravelHost, and Clean Eating, among others. Whether contributing articles, styling shoots, or capturing imagery, she brings a thoughtful, artistic lens to every project. When she’s not behind the camera or immersed in creative work, you’ll find her cooking nourishing meals, exploring the outdoors, traveling, or simply enjoying time with her husband, three children, and two lovable yellow labs.
