
Joe Prestier
Joe Prestier, a Canton native, first fell in love with the hospitality industry in Boston, MA. While attending The Berklee College of Music, Joe began exploring his love for food and customer engagement at Thornton's Fenway. Following Thornton's, bigger roles presented themselves as the opening assistant front of house manager and trainer for the newest House of Blues, Boston in 2009. Simultaneously Zaftig's Delicatessen kept his hands working in the kitchen. In 2010, Joe decided to leave Boston and return home to Canton. Fostering a love for food, hospitality, and hometown pride, Bender's Tavern became a perfect fit. A decade and a half later, Joe continues to passionately strive for excellence at Canton's Oldest and Finest.
