Joseph Grutzmacher

Joseph Grutzmacher is a seasoned chef with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the culinary industry. A graduate of Archbishop Hoban (2001) and Kent State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Integrated Studies, Joseph is also a proud member of the National Honor Society.Beginning his career in kitchens at the age of 17, Joseph has advanced through roles including Sous Chef at Bravo Cucina Italiana, Executive Chef at Butcher and Sprout/Craft Social, Executive Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine at Fahrenheit, and Executive Chef at Rosewood Grill in Hudson. Through continuous study and dedication, he has self-trained to become a versatile chef, with a strong foundation in Asian fusion and expertise across multiple cuisines.Beyond the kitchen, Joseph is a passionate Cleveland and Ohio State sports fan, enjoys golfing, and values time with his niece and nephew.
