Josh Daley

With more than two decades of experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry, Josh Daley began his career in 1999 at TGI Friday’s, working as both a bartender and server. In 2004, he transitioned into restaurant management with Carrabba’s Italian Grill, where he spent several years supporting operations across multiple markets including Youngstown, Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, and Toledo. His longest tenure was in the Polaris location, where he proudly served for seven years and developed a strong foundation in guest service, leadership, and team development.

In 2019, Josh joined Dave & Buster’s, where he spent six years further expanding his management experience in high-volume, entertainment-driven environments. His work took him to Canton, OH; Savannah, GA; and Syracuse, NY, giving him a broad perspective on diverse markets and operational styles.

Josh is also a proud parent to his 14-year-old daughter, an honor-roll eighth-grade student at Perry. Her involvement in cheerleading and track keeps them both active and connected to the community.

Josh is excited to bring his experience and passion for hospitality to Bender’s Tavern and looks forward to contributing to the restaurant’s long-standing tradition of exceptional service and dining.
