With over 40 years in the service industry, MaryAnn McGill brings a depth of experience, passion, and professionalism to every aspect of her work. Her journey began in a small-town family restaurant and grew to include roles in chain establishments and distinguished venues such as the renowned Cite Grill, where she had the honor of working alongside industry icons Pam and Emil Campos — professionals she continues to admire deeply.

Today, MaryAnn is proud to call Bender's Tavern her home, where she continues to nurture what she values most about hospitality: the relationships. Whether it’s with her dedicated coworkers or the loyal guests she greets daily, connection and community remain at the heart of her work.

A natural at creating memorable experiences, MaryAnn thrives in planning and executing events of all sizes, always with an eye for detail and a heart for celebration.

Outside of her professional life, MaryAnn finds joy in many passions: family, equestrian pursuits, running marathons, motorcycling, traveling, gardening, and sailing. Each interest reflects the energy, curiosity, and dedication she brings to every endeavor.
