
Megan Ugrin
Megan Ugrin was born and raised in Ohio and began her journey in the hospitality industry in 2000. What started as a hosting job quickly grew into a full-fledged passion for the energy, connection, and community found in restaurant service. Over the years, she rose through the ranks—server, bartender, manager, and regional training manager—ultimately becoming a regional manager overseeing multiple restaurant locations.
In 2015, with the start of her family, Megan sought a better balance between her love for hospitality and her home life. That balance came in 2023 when she joined Bender’s, where she continues to thrive in the industry while staying rooted in family and community.
