Prices and choices are available for events of 25+ people. Parties under 25 may order off the regular menu or limited menu. We also have a semi-private area that seats up to 16 people.

Special Events at Bender’s Tavern
Are welcome and always a great way to make your event unique. Our culinary & service teams will gladly help you make your event a success. Audio/Visual is available to be rented by you.
We will provide set up of the equipment. (*set-up may have a $25.00 fee)
Bender’s Room Capacity
Our Hall of Fame Room can accommodate up to 50 people. Our Ladies Dining Room can accommodate up to 65 people or can be divided to accommodate two groups. Our Private, Back Main Room is an open ceiling room that is great for group of 12-16.
FOR SEMI/PRIVATE ROOM RESERVATIONS:
There is a Food & Beverage minimum spent to hold a room either Semi-Private or Private.

For LUNCH Monday thru Friday, the food & beverage minimum is $300 with a $100 deposit.
For DINNER Monday thru Thursday, the minimum is $800 with a $200 deposit.
For DINNER Friday and Saturday, the minimum is $2000 with a $400 deposit.

For LUNCH Monday thru Friday, no minimum with a $100 deposit.
For DINNER Monday thru Thursday, no minimum with a $100 deposit.
For DINNER Friday and Saturday, the minimum is $1000 with a $100 deposit.
(no minimum is required if 2.15 hours are okay for dining time and reservation times are
at 5:00-7:15 or 7:30-9:45.)
A room deposit, depending on type of reservation, is required to secure your reservation, if the minimum (tax & tip excluded) is met, you will receive your deposit back by taking that amount off the final bill. On any returned deposits due to cancellation (prior to 72 hours in advance), there will be a $5 refund charge. If the minimum is not met or event is cancelled with 72 hours of event, we will keep the deposit. Payment will be expected in full the day of the event. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, cash or personal checks.
If you wish to bring in your own cake or dessert, there is a $ .75 charge per person.
**Bender’s reserves the right to reassign party rooms or seating arrangements to accommodate each group, depending on the final count of guests.
There is no charge on bar set-up for an open bar (cocktails on dinner check), cash bar (server collects for cocktails as served), or limited bar.
Most events require an accurate dinner count of each individual attending within 10%. If you have a pre-arranged menu, please have the food counts to us two weeks in advance to the event to properly handle your orders. If your special event has been approved to “order off the regular menu”, a guaranteed person count needs to be given to us 48-hours prior to the event.
We request a final count of persons attending the event two days prior to the event. You will be responsible for the number of dinners ordered at that time. You must guarantee a minimum number of people; if less than your confirmed number attends, there may be a room charge of $50 to $400, depending on type of reservation.
Audio/Visual aids are available for rental. We will provide set up of the equipment (set up requires a $25 fee). We have a projector screen available at $25 and a 48” flat screen t.v. for $75.
